My hubby has been nagging at my irregular exercise routine lately. Blame it on my hectic work schedule and parenting duties that seem to rise above my head each time I tried to put on my running gear. Worse still, my breakfast and meal times need to be adjusted to a more regular mode from what it is currently.
Sometimes, I get into this bad habit of reaching out for a quick sinful and unhealthy snack when time is pressing on my end. But after all that health education about choosing the right diets, I have learned to withhold myself from consuming things that contain empty calories. Perhaps I should choose some healthy snack bars for a change. From what I understand, these best protein bars are full of important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. For that reason, choosing a best tasting protein bar is better than a candy one. I sure need to start making changes to live a healthier lifestyle!
