After being a Iphone user for more than two years, I feel like upgrading my iPhone next year.

It’s amazing that even my seven year old knows how to navigate around my iPhone and his iTouch… not leaving out the iPad too! It’s exciting that I’ll be celebrating Christmas at home this year. I’ve been away for more than 10 years and I really miss the festive scene back home.

Those days, we exchanged presents in church and it was such an excitement to open up gifts and the fun of Christmas carols and all. In fact, it would be more fun in today’s modern world where social networking is such a mainstream. Men can send her a Christmas gift and women can choose lots of gift options online. I’m happy to be shopping for Christmas gifts for friends and family this year… I can’t wait for Christmas!

Looking good is what everyone of us likes to do. In fact, no one likes to look unpresentable unless he or she is not able to comprehend in normal situation.

I used to admire the way nurses look in some hospitals. They look smart even though they are performing some tough duties. Hospitals and healthcare providers are buying scrubs online. They can find dickies scrubs and many other styles without leaving their workplace. Besides, they can choose and decide very quickly unless the old way of buying scrubs. This is certainly better in the business point of view.

My husband has been looking for a business to invest into and he finally found what he was looking for.

Last week, he decided to buy a vending machine business and I am happy to see the enthusiasm in him. He was already reading all the facts and information about the business and is looking for a receipt printer as well as a coin counting machine. I hope that everything turns out alright as he embarks in this new business. It will definitely be a good start for us in this new territory. Now we just have to hope that there won’t be any delay in the delivery of the machines as we are planning to leave overseas in a couple of months time.

It’s school holidays this week and it’s been had keeping my little one occupied every minute.

I love to do things with him but I realize that it’s too tiring doing it every minute. Sacrifice is the thing I’m working towards but it’s just not an easy task keeping a seven year old busy. There is so much things to do and I find that time is just so scarce. I told hubby that I would search for metal detectors sale online for him when I’m free but I’ve yet to find time to sit down in front of the computer.

Now that everyone is fast asleep, it’s the perfect time to just get things done!

Everyone of us has a certain indulgence and some of us keep it a secret.

Well, I have one or two indulgences that aren’t a secret and in fact, I’m making it known to my other half. I’m hoping to get a Kitchenaid food processor and a mixer. Oh yes, I would love to get one of these if the price is good. I’ve been checking if my Visa reward card would award me one of these goodies…. I think I would need more points to get it for free!

Oh well, even if I don’t get it now, I hope that it would be a nice Christmas present from hubby – I hope he gets the hint!

In our family, we love the news of baby arrivals. It brings so much joy and excitement into our hearts.

I particularly love shopping for gifts for new babies. It is so nice choosing gifts for little ones as they are all so little and cute. Another reason why shopping for babies’ gifts is so fun is that you get to mix and match the baby’s clothes and they often look so angelic when they are dressed in those little garments!

Every time I speak to my friends, they seem to place their discussion in the food category.As a matter of fact, many of us love to eat and some of us do understand that moderation is the key to eating.

In the past, I used to skip breakfast but I realized that it’s bad for my stomach and I developed acid reflux in my later years. I believe there are people who need to take diet pills to help them but for me, I wasn’t overweight or anything, I was just obsessed about reaching that desired weight. These days, I eat moderately and that has helped me alot and once a while, i would put myself in a diet program to rest that body of mine.

Today I received a piece of sad news about an old friend who had passed away few months ago. I felt sad and wondered how would be the future of his two young kids.

I am not sure if he had any form of health insurance bought before his passing. This is a busy month for me as I will be sending out numerous birthday cards to a list of close friends.

I can remember how troublesome it was in the past when I had to get a friend who lived in the US to send them to me. But these days, I am happily ordering my cards online and there’s no more excuse not to send any greetings now!
