Summer time is here for those who live in the northern hemisphere and it must be nice when it’s also school holidays too!

There are many people who love to suntan but we all know about the harmful effects of sun tanning. Well do you know that there is this thing called tan towel? I was surprised to hear about it cos it’s something new for me but it’s a pretty cool idea, I think to myself. Since I have tanned skin to begin with, I won’t need that for sure but I know that alot of people would like to have that for an instant tan look!

I grew up in a family background where my parents don’t stressed so much on advanced education. That is because, in those days, education was not viewed as vital importance in some cultures. However things have changed.

These days, you can search in the web for online universities and then choose your specialised area of preference, whether it’s to upgrade yourself or to pursue a different skill. More and more people have agreed that online universities are more affordable and it allows the students to continue working or retain their family commitment. It’s great to know that technology has helped improved our lives and it is good news for the next generation.

I know some people wouldn’t buy food online but I have successfully placed a few orders in relation to food. So far, my experiences have been pleasant and I think it’s so convenient to shop online.

When DH first found out that I bought my vege online , he was kinda shocked! So far, I bought vegetables and some hard to find groceries online and health foods remain my favourite. I was told that the best caramel apples online are yummy and I can possible order some for a birthday party next time! So with online food shopping rising in popularity, we will be saving some petrol here!

Having a beautiful face is what many teenage girls and women desire and much of it is affected by what they read from magazines and media. I suppose that explains why many companies are selling beauty products that promise good looks, youthful appearances and even acnefree faces.

While there is nothing wrong pursuing good features, there should be a limit. Everyone of us should learn to accept who we are and be happy for what we are made to be. We can beautify ourselves as long as we don’t go overboard to make that happen. If life is just focused on that alone, it can become miserable and stressful in the long run.

Every family has a budget. For us, we budget not only for our groceries and house expenses every month, but we take into consideration our travel and living costs.

My hubby takes care of the insurance in the house so he would budget in our whole life insurance costs and keep track of our spending every month. It’s good that someone is doing the work and I’m just not that sort who is good at figures. I much prefer to be in the kitchen and whipping up nice dishes for the family!
