Ways to Fall Asleep
As much as I like to travel, I dislike being awake in new environments and hotels. I used to think that my sleep patterns will improve when stress is reduced but somehow, I tend to get less sleep when I’m traveling!
When I was in Vietnam, I was waking up at wee hours of the morning and it was hard to fall asleep again. I didn’t understand why but perhaps the early sunrise could be the cause. But I was glad that I could get some rest in between the day or else I would need to find some sleeping options. Some people depend on sleep pills (click here for sleep pills) but I tend to go natural if possible.
The best thing to do when you feel awake is to get out of bed and read a book or listen to some music instead of lying in bed and doing nothing. A glass of warm milk might be helpful but otherwise, you may wanna try some natural herbal remedies.
