These Levi Jeans were shipped promptly, but the color in the ad was not the color received. Instead of any shade of blue denim, they were so bleached out as to be nearly white. However, I returned them and received a very prompt confirmation of the return and a credit. Not the product I thought I was purchasing, but great customer service!

I ordered 2 pairs of these for my husband, as he had been unable to find this style in his size in local stores. He loves the fit, ‘though they are a little longer than usual. The only problem is the color. The colors offered were “overall” and “indigo”. We had no idea what “overall” meant, but assumed the indigo would be the traditional dark blue. Instead, the color is a sort of “distressed” look with pre-faded wrinkle lines–not at all what my 73-year-old husband would choose. He chose to keep them because the fit is good, but they were definitely not what we expected.

bought the “Sail” jeans(liked the flap back pocket)which are made really baggy,too long did not fit well and the material was like a pair of jeans from my grampas,closet shiny stretchy and slick feeling really cheesy pants.

I wear 527 model since few years and I exactly know how they should fit. This jeans were way to short… Also there shape was little strange – something was definitely wrong with them. Returned immediately .
