Searching For Indie Clothing Stores
Before arriving in Brisbane, I was planning to visit the Southbank markets for some indie clothing and such. But I was told that there were lots of foreign imports these days, unlike the past, where many of the stall owners craft their own products.
Going to an indie market is something I enjoy doing when I travel. I like to ask the locals via travel review sites and gather information for my finds. Sometimes the free directory submission sites can offer some help and other times, I turn to travel guides for some tips. I believe it’s easier to find indie stuff online than visiting the physical stores. Moreover, travel time can be too tight for many of us.
So it looks like I won’t be shopping in any indie clothing stores this trip. Guess I would have to wait for another year when I move here… hopefully the indie market will grow by then.
