An Artisan and Indie Home
We were invited to a housewarming party couple of weeks ago. A couple friend of ours had just moved into their new home after tying the knot six month ago. These two lovely people enjoy indie fashion and as expected, their new house was filled with many indie furnishings and furniture including a few artisan items bought during their previous travels.
Being an outdoor person myself, I like the way the patio was designed. They had a couple of patio chairs with a lovely wood crafted table designed by an indie designer they met during one of their travels. The interiors of the rooms were also filled with beautiful paintings collected over the years. One look at the choice of furnishings and you could tell that everything in the house was original and unique. It took them some time to put everything together and the house was almost like a piece of art itself.
