what’s for the special day
While chatting with a good friend a while ago, she told me that she made an unusual indie shirt for her hubby this Valentine.
She took great care to research on the design, shop for the best material, attend extra classes to polish up her sewing skills. I can see that she was so dedicated in making that indie shirt! She was expecting some fresh flowers but the local indie growers but instead he actually bought her a cream for her private area due to her vaginal dryness problem. She thought he was very sensitive and thoughtful. I mean how many men would like to buy that for their women!
For many years, hubby and myself have stopped buying each other gifts. Instead, we just have a simple meal, wish each other ‘Happy Valentine’s Day’ and spend the day together. Simple it may seem but what matters most is the love that binds our hearts and shared throughout the years.
