take care of your health

Apart from my passions in indie stuff and indie clothing, I’m one person who can spend hours reading health references and material if I can spare the time. I believe all of us should take our health seriously and that includes a well balanced lifestyle coupled with proper diet and sufficient activities. I have to say that the stressful lives we live today can crowd away our focus on the good things and as a result, we compromise on our personal health.

A walk to the health store can be an enlightening one. I know there is a rise in indie retailers who concoct their own natural creams and washes for personal care. The health store I visit on a regular basis was introducing me to Goji Berries and after a chat with the store owner, I was convinced that it can bring me multiple health benefits. Being high in antioxidants, this special fruit was said to contain the following properties:
