It’s time to shop for new cabinets for our home office again. Well, as much as I enjoy shopping for new furniture, I am wondering if we have room for more cabinets in the office. This seems like an endless affair - increasing storage space year after year. It seems inevitable since we have that many business documents to file away after every event. With all the campaigns on save the earth and live green, we should work towards a paperless society.

One of the things we can do is to consider Document Scanning Service for our business. This means scanning all our documents and convert them into electronic files. These files can then be accessed and shared among the staff, instead of photocopying which will waste more paper.
